I know what you’re thinking right now. Why would someone start an internet site about tinnitus? Well, I would. And do you know why? Because my brother Peter called me, quite desperately, because he didn’t know how to quieten his howling ears. I am always the one helping out when somebody is unwell in our family. I go and research, and gather, and put stuff together, mostly about alternative treatments. For Peter, it was important to find enough background information and a natural solution because he can’t risk to dose off in the middle of an ‘op’. I knew that he could use all the help I could find. And now I’m sharing the knowledge I gained with all of you. Who Am I?
It's me, Katriona Briggs here. Do you wonder why I share this? Well, one month ago I got a phone call from my brother who is a vet surgeon. Peter was complaining about howling noises in his ear. Have you also got a family member who is responsible for solving certain problems, and is always called? Guess what? In our family, I always get called if somebody isn't well. So, I gathered bits and pieces about the ringing in his ear, and put everything together nicely.
